Mirror Illumination

I spent a few minutes this lunchtime fitting the light over the bathroom mirror.  It is a polished chrome strip with two "frog-eye" pods, each fitted with a compact fluorescent 9W GX53 bulb :

It is fitted with a switch, but as I had already installed a pull chord, this won't be used.  They give a good light, but like all the CFLs take a little while to warm up :

I think you can get LED replacements for these, which might be better next time.
