First Room Completion Countdown

It was decorating weekend these last couple of days. My daughter's new bedroom is the first to near completion. She finally chose her colours so this weekend was time to slap it on the walls :

The carpet is being fitted on Friday, so before then there are a few tasks still to do.

1. Mahogany door threshold.
2. Permanently fix the window cill that I made this evening.
3. 2 more coats of Danish oil on the skirtings and architrave
4. 2nd fix electrics (after a 6 week absence, the electrician has promised me he will come on Wednesday to do this)
5. Buy and plumb radiator.
6. Curtain rails

I have a day and a half off work for this, most of which I fully expect to be consumed by number 5.

Oh, and I suppose she might quite like a door.........
