Engaged New Face for Detailed Design

We have selected a Structural Engineer to carry out the detailed design phase. They claim thay can complete the work in 4 weeks from our instruction. As today is 8th November, this puts us slightly over the 30th November deadline, but we think we can live with that - - if it happens.
