Getting Angry now

The letter to the architect of 10th August, asking for a quote for detailed plans has not been responded to. I have tried phoning, but cannot get through, and my messages to call back are ignored. This is very frustrating. We want a builder in place by the end of the year, with a proposed start date of the spring time, but at this rate it isn't going to happen.
