Time for a New Face ?

We have become disilusioned with the architect, and cannot envisage the detailed planning phase being completed in a timely manner. As a consequence, sent letters to two stuctural engineers, inviting them to tender for this work. One is a recommendation, the other plucked from the phone book.

In our ITT, we emphasised that we require this phase to be completed by 30th November. It's a tall order, but let's hear what they have to say.
