Planning Application Submitted

The planning application using our revised plans was submitted to the district council today. The extension is basically the same as that proposed in the original plans. We have just included some changes to the existing house to allow us to dispense with the second staircase.

We may have a problem with this as the majority of the house will end up with a higher roofline than the original building. However, the original plans weren't far off of this, so a precendent has been set.

We will see.........
