Final "Whole Job" Quote

Received the quote from our final builder. This is the one that does not come from any recommendation. We saw a project they have undertaken in a neighbouring village, and it looked to us like quality work.

The quote is the lowest of the main contractors, but still outside our budget !
All the quotes are now in. What we need to do now is make some decisions......
