Stone Samples

Another post dated entry - sorry. Took place on 5th, wriiten on 15th. Must try harder.

As promised the builder dropped around some stone samples today. Because of our visit to the quarries last Wednesday we were not surprised by any of them. I mentioned my concern about the sizing but the builder was confident he could persuade the quarry to do a bit of sorting. He is a good customer who buys a lot of stone so has a certain amount of "clout".

His current work is going well and he reports he is still on schedule.
